Pivot Stove & Heating Co is a 6th-generation family business that was looking for large attention-grabbing exterior signage as well as highly visible retail display signs. As providers of both LED channel letters and LED neon signs, we were well positioned to deliver customised signage that met their requirements.

I had a clear vision of the signage I wanted for our new showroom and got more than frustrated with other signage people telling me it could not be done, or it was too "expensive" to do this style. I reached out to Jake at Custom Neon, who straight away saw my vision and made it happen. The 2nd issue was a strict timeline to meet our opening date, and this is where Custom Neon really showed how good they were. We got regular updates, videos of our signage in production and full tracking of the delivery. In business, you indeed get what you pay for, and you get quality, service and true support with Jake and his team.
What we made for Pivot Stove & Heating
Pivot Stove & Heating needed a large, glowing sign that could be seen by passing traffic. We made the sign using energy-efficient LED lighting to illuminate stainless steel channel letters cut in Pivot's branded font. The result is a 5.5 metre / 18ft long sign that's easy to see from a distance during the day and after dark.
They also paired their outdoor front lit channel letter sign with LED neon display signs throughout their showroom, easily guiding their customers towards the products they are looking for. It’s a winning combo: use our outdoor LED illuminated signage to draw customers in, then light up the interior with Custom Neon signs to guide shoppers and brighten the space.

As the owner of a local signage company, we have been lucky to work with Custom Neon on many past projects. Recently we partnered up for a comprehensive signage project for our mutual client, Pivot Stone & Heating. Custom Neon supplied the Front-lit Channel Letters, while we handled the Structural Backing and the Full Installation on site.

Eye Catching LED Neon Display Signs
For the showroom interior, we worked with Pivot to design and manufacture directional signs that would guide customers to the relevant product displays. Pivot chose our red LED neon shade paired with a bold double-lined font, making the signs unmissable against the white and grey walls.
