What happens after I submit my quote request?
One of our experienced LED neon designers gets to work on your sign and emails you a free mockup, usually within 24 hours, along with pricing options. There's no obligation to order. You can review the design, request changes, or keep the quote for later.
Do I need finished artwork to get a quote?
Not at all. If you have a logo or design, upload it. If you only have an idea, describe it in the form, and our design team will create a concept for you. Plenty of our favourite signs started life as a rough sketch or a few sentences.
What file formats can I upload?
We accept AI, EPS, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, and TIFF files up to 20MB each, with up to 4 files per submission. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result for logo work, but a clear photo or screenshot is fine too. Our designers will work with whatever you have.
Can you turn my exact logo into a neon sign?
Yes. We build custom logo signs every day, matching your brand colours and fonts as closely as LED neon allows. Some very fine detail may be simplified to suit the flow of the LED tubing, and where a logo includes intricate elements we can reproduce them with UV printing on the backboard. Your mockup shows exactly how it will look before you commit.
How much does a custom logo sign cost?
Price depends on size, design complexity, backboard style, and whether you choose the indoor or outdoor build. Signs start at £47 for a simple two letter design, and standard shipping is free. The quickest way to get an exact figure is the free quote: you'll have a mockup and price in your inbox, usually within 24 hours.
How many revisions do I get on my mockup?
As many as you need. Design revisions are unlimited, and nothing goes into production until you've approved the final proof.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The mockup and the quote are both completely free, with no commitment to order. If the price or design isn't right, we’re happy to revise the design details, size, or materials to suit your budget and vision.
How soon after I approve the design will my sign arrive?
Standard orders take 3 to 5 weeks including production and shipping, and standard shipping is free. Need it sooner? Fast track options bring that down to 2 to 3 weeks, priced by the sign.
Should I choose the indoor or outdoor option on the quote form?
Choose outdoor if your sign will live outside permanently or in a wet room like a kitchen or restroom. Our outdoor signs are IP67-rated, protected against dust and water immersion up to 1 metre for 30 minutes, so weather isn't a worry. Indoor signs aren't built for permanent outdoor exposure, and the waterproof build has to be selected at the quote stage, so it's an important box to tick.
What size should I request?
Measure the wall or space where the sign will hang, then think about viewing distance: a sign read from across a room or street needs to be bigger than one behind a counter. If you're unsure, tell us the space dimensions and our designers will recommend sizing in your mockup. Very large designs (beyond roughly 2.3m x 1.2m) are produced across two or more backboards that arrange together neatly.
Can I order the same logo sign for multiple locations?
Yes, and we recommend quoting the full set in one request. We regularly produce matching signs for multi site businesses, keeping colours, fonts, and specifications consistent across every location while adjusting sizing to suit each space.
What's the difference between the quick quote and uploading my design?
The quick quote form suits early stage enquiries: share your idea and budget and we'll come back with options. The upload form is best when you already have artwork ready. Either way, the same design team responds, usually within 24 hours. And if your sign is text only, our online design tool shows you a live price instantly, no waiting required.
