IKEA is a giant Scandinavian furniture and home accessories retailer with stores worldwide. We created a range of hashtags, quotes, and word signs for their Manchester and Leeds stores, all custom-made for their brands and spaces.

One of the first neon signs we created for IKEA UK is the word ‘#ikeamanchester’ in our deep pink shade, which is displayed at the entrance, encouraging customers to take a photo with the signs and post the images online using the hashtag! This is a great idea and an excellent way to garner free publicity via user-generated content.

In a designed space that inspires wardrobe décor, Ikea asked us to create a sign that reads 'She's Electric' in our deep blue shade and Barcelona font.

Another neon word sign ‘Addicted to Love’ is mounted against floral wallpaper surrounded by faux roses, adding a sweet element to the in-store display and enhancing the gorgeous warm white neon sign.

The words 'Dream on…', are lit up in our most popular shade of pink, on a stunning faux green wall above a bed. IKEA's interior designers created a relaxed space that includes a record player against a modern brick wall, which features a warm white Custom Neon sign 'Chill' in our Barcelona font. We think it looks incredible, surrounded by faux greenery to complement the laid-back aesthetic.

Also commissioned, an ode to the song ‘All You Need is Love’ with an IKEA twist, a custom-designed piece of illuminated brand art ‘All You Need is FEJKA’ lights up the entrance to the faux plant section of their Manchester store. The white and green neon sign sits on a grey textured wall, accented by draping greenery, greeting you as you walk into their indoor plant heaven!

We brightened up this Manchester Plant store with a bunch of Custom Neon signs. It looks like you've gone to plant heaven! The first is a replica of their company logo, mixing warm white and neon pink with UV printer backing; this dimensional neon sign is next-level!

Next, we have the words' Plant Gang' in our pretty pink shade, creating a space where all you plant enthusiasts can unite.

We also made the sign 'Yes To All.' in our Mayfair font and pink shade, because we always say yes to all the plants, we can never have enough!

You won't miss this Manchester plant store; its blush rose exterior and the stunning white and yellow neon signs peering through the window make it hard to miss! When you walk through the door, you're greeted by an abundance of glorious green indoor plants lit up by the magnificent light of quite a few Custom Neon signs!

Their brand name and logo are brought to life in stunning yellow neon light, accented by two golden arches on either side of it. This plant nursery is every plant lover's dream!

If you keep walking through, you'll see a neon palm tree illuminated in a warm white neon arch, which looks incredible amongst all the green life!

Hanging above a green wall filled with small potted plants is a cute warm white neon sign that reads 'mini things' in a custom-made font for Nice Things.

Another warm whitecustomisedd neon sign which spells out 'the health store' lights up a wall of shelves that house all the plant care products. The shopfront signage we made for Frankie's Toasties is hard to miss. Located in Manchester City Centre's Arndale Market and on Portland Street near Gay Village, this retro toastie shop asked us to turn their logo into a UV printed LED neon sign that lights up their picture window, drawing in anyone walking by.

We love their playful use of the sign in social media posts almost as much as we love their drool-worthy toasties! Be sure to follow @thefrankies.co.uk.

Brewski Restaurants serves up mountainous plates of awesome food as well as good times. Friendly, fun, and down to earth, this restaurant chain uses murals and Custom Neon® quote signs to decorate the bare brick and corrugated-metal walls of its venues. They commissioned several fun quote signs that are favourite selfie backdrops for each of their restaurants, as well as green and red illuminated Brewski logos.

Book a table or pop in, but be sure to binge the mouth-watering Insta feed for the Brewski Chorlton restaurant.

Stubbins Tandoori is a multi award-winning Indian restaurant. Their Ramsbottom takeaway features a bright blue neon sign, set against a wood-herringbone backdrop, right above their seating area. The sign reads “Back At Stubbins..” in our popular Neonscript font.

We can’t get over the beautiful work by Charlotte Jarega of Jarega Interior & Designs. She turns rooms into distinctive spaces with soul! She included a bespoke Custom Neon sign in a dining room project with the words ‘Champagne Taste Beer Wage’ illuminated in our bright pink shade and Bayview font. The striking pink colour really stands out against the emerald green textured backdrop, making it a focal point in her space. It’s also a cheeky, comical sign which makes for a great conversation starter!

For another client project, Charlotte transformed a bedroom and turned it into a moody French boudoir! The room is painted all black, with one wall clad in exposed brick and the raised ceiling covered in gorgeous rose wallpaper. Behind a canopy bed laced with green and lilac flowers, a bright purple neon sign hangs on the wall, reading ‘you & me’ in our popular Bayview font, tying the whole space together.

We can't get enough of the neon sign we created for Blush Salon! The words 'Love is in the Hair' are a cute parody of John Paul Young's feel-good dance song, and they are lit up in our gorgeous, deep pink, making them the perfect hair salon neon light! It looks incredible against the dark teal wall, making a real statement. We loved this light-up wall quote so much that we added it to our shop, so you can buy it yourself here and embrace your love for hair.
