Custom Neon was commissioned to create a range of LED neon signs for IKEA stores throughout the UK. They have cleverly used their signs to augment their famous in-store displays and encourage user-generated content online.

One of the first neon signs we made for IKEA is the word '#ikealeeds' in our deep pink shade, which is displayed at the entrance, encouraging customers to take a photo with the signs and post the images online using the hashtag! Such a great idea and an excellent way to garner free publicity via user-generated content.

They also commissioned two large quote signs, one featuring their FEJKA collection in white and green and another one that reads 'A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it, it just blooms'.

Finally, the words 'Picture' and 'Glow' were commissioned - the first to create a statement wall that says "Picture This" above the - wait for it - picture frames! The second sign hangs above the candles and acts as both a wayfinder and a display sign.

The Chilli Shop in Leeds is your one-stop shop for all things spicy! They're the only chilli shop in Leeds that sells a wide variety of hot sauces. As you walk past their Merrion Centre shop, you can't miss the Custom Neon window sign.

We illuminated the logo of one of their most popular brands, 'Hot Ones', in a flaming red, white and orange neon sign. It's a great way to showcase some of their stockists while drawing in new customers with an eye-catching neon light.

The Travel Journal is Harrogate's award-winning independent travel agency, at your service for all your travel needs. Their Leeds Road agency is hard to miss from the street, with brightly lit Custom Neon signage shining through their shopfront window.

The words 'Travel Agent' are illuminated in our stunning lemon yellow shade and Neontrace font type. The sign is mounted on a clear acrylic backing and encased in a clear acrylic box, giving it a sleek look. The way we made the sign allows it to be picked up and transported easily, which is perfect for trade shows and expos.

Good Karma Coffee is your dog-friendly neighbourhood coffee house. Their Lawson Road location is filled with gorgeous artwork and a funky LED neon sign created by yours truly.

The gorgeous sign features their business name in neon lights, sporting our popular Neonscript font type. It sits on a simple black-painted brick wall and makes the perfect backdrop for all their Instagram photos.

Kulture Coffee is a speciality coffee roastery and café in Leeds serving delicious Volcano Cookies. It's the perfect spot to stop for a coffee and a biscuit. The cheeky neon art sign says 'Too Thicc To Dip' in our orange shade, next to a neon cookie and glass of milk.

We had a lot of fun making two unique LED neon signs for the Otley Taphouse pub and The Otley Burger Company, a fast food takeaway truck in The Otley Taphouse beer garden!

We turned the food truck logo into a faux neon light showcasing our striking white shade against a black and gold UV-printed background. We also lit up the Taphouse's event space with the phrase 'A Live Music Joint' on display in our bright red colour and popular Marquee font.

Every city needs an authentic Italian takeaway joint, and Mama Mia Takeout is the most loved Italian takeaway food in Leeds. The exterior of their Harrogate Road pizzeria is reminiscent of any quintessential Italian restaurant, with red and green accents and a glorious red Custom Neon sign peering through their front window.

Reading 'Mama Mia Takeout EST 1977' in our Neontrace font type, the deep red LED neon looks incredible, lighting up their restaurant window at night, making them easy to spot.

A quaint littlcaféfe on Tickhill Street, off Leeds RoadCaféfe Patisserie is a family-run venue offering quality food and a relaxed dining experience.
