Custom Neon® Free-Standing Signs | Acrylic Stands

Our acrylic stand is perfect for signs that will be frequently moved or used as trade show and retail displays, desk logos, table lamps, small space décor, or free-standing sculptures. They're ideal for corporate events, artwork, parties, and special occasions. They're very popular with wedding planners and event management firms.

Our acrylic stands have a slit where the sign slides in, making them free-standing. The maximum-sized sign our acrylic stands can accommodate is 100cm wide x 40cm high. Choose the "Acrylic Stand" option on our custom design tool, or let your Custom Neon designer know that you would like a free-standing sign.

Parties & Events

Our acrylic stands are perfect for party planners, event hire companies and entertainers. Light-weight and portable, you can pop the sign anywhere and move it around as needed.

Weddings & Home

You can opt to have a permanently free-standing sign or to have holes drilled. If you might want to wall mount or hang your sign, please let us know when you order.

Special Occasions

Made with LED neon flex, our signs are easy to transport and plug right into the wall. Wireless (battery operated) options are also available for smaller signs.

• Custom Neon signs are mounted on an acrylic backboard. Our high quality acrylic backboards are used to ensure the LED neon tubing retains its shape. Backboard options include clear, black, white, gold and silver mirrored, custom colors, glitter and more. If you would like a backboard not listed here, please contact us for a quote.
• The standard thickness of our acrylic backboards is 5mm, with sizes between 3mm and 8mm available.
• We can create backboards that are rectangular, cut around the letters/design, cut close to the letters/design or cut in a way that suit your specific requirements. We also offer open boxes and stands.
• The backboard adds a margin of approximately 2cm around the text or approximately 4cm to the overall length and height of the sign.
• A single acrylic backboard can be up to 240cm by 120cm. Signs larger than this will be made on two or more backboards that can be easily arranged together. Doing this keeps the signs safer during shipping and allows us to deliver the best possible price for you.
